I led Bedrock's data team, where our primary focus was on assisting and guiding our clients in extracting the value from their data. Our approach involved developing customized data strategies by identifying all relevant data sources and variables essential for driving our clients' business objectives.We followed agile practices, always prioritizing the strategic business outcomes that our services would deliver throughout the data journey. This approach encompassed the following key aspects:- Setting up fully automated cross-platform ETL processes: from huge raw datasets to building custom data warehouses and data lakes.- Enabling the integration and ingestion of disparate data coming from various sources both online and offline.- Researching and implementing the relevant ML and statistical models for each business case, in constant re-evaluation and improvement.- Discovering the most important metrics, in alignment with their business goals, identifying where any key data is coming from.- Providing analytical reporting solutions to clients, enabling them to consume and understand their data, laying the foundations of a data-driven decision-making process.To perform my job functions I work with a wide set of tools: Asana, Python/R, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, DataPrep, DataFlow, Cloud Functions, DataStudio), Azure (ADF, Synapse, Power BI), Datorama, Git, etc.

This was my first experience outside of University, and I was really lucky: Sweetspot had just been acquired by a multinational company, ClickDimensions, and I got to live the whole process and learn a lot from it.During my months there we were working on the integration of Sweetspot's tool in their platform, and I worked in the team developing the data model for the processing of data from their CRM and analytics sources and creating the visual representations. We were in constant communication with teams throughout the world (the USA, Israel and Belarus), so I got to work with people all around the world.
