Managed a multitude of active My Personal e-Tracker (MyPeT) users and provided system support also resolved any issues encountered with the system to enable the seamless operation of Person on Board (POB) for all Petroleum Arrangement Contractors (PAC) at Malaysia Offshore Facilities.Scrutinized and monitored the monthly analysis of MyPeT's compliance with all PACs by correlating the data between manifests and MyPeT through all embarkation points, vessels, and platforms to ensure improvement in compliance with system utilization.Analyzed the data statistics of health disease weekly using Power BI for every PAC and prepared relevant reports to be presented in the MPM PETRONAS Pandemic Preparedness and Response Team (PPRT) Meeting.Executed a Schedule Waste Management Audit to assure that the status of compliance in the organization met the standard and had visited the Solid Waste Recovery Service Provider to perceive the waste recovery method and co-processing processes.Cooperated on several emergency drills and exercises i.e, Drifted Vessel, Joint Rescue Committee (JRC), and Joint Aviation Search and Rescue (JASAR) training by collaborating with government agencies and oil and gas industry players.Engaged in Environment Sensitivity Index (ESI) training and Mapping exercise with Spatial Work, the Department of Environment (DOE), and the Petroleum Industry of Malaysia Mutual Aid Group (PIMMAG) at PM's water to identify the sensitivity area in preparation for an oil spill response purpose.Organized various HSE events and workshops, involving senior leadership of MPM and PACs also responsible for HSE promotion, i.e., posters, bunting, stickers, and montage videos, as part of Human Performance Improvement (HPI) for workplace safety awareness.

Performed Ergonomic Risk Assessment (ERA) and Manual Handling with a Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) representative also assisted in internal safety audits every department.Implemented a Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) with an external party at the glove production line which examines the environment and health of the workers to identify the status of compliance and risk at the respective workplace.Executed fire hydrant and fire extinguisher training with the Emergency Response Team and Safety and Health Committee in preparation for any emergencies.Conducted inspections of safety equipment, chemical storage, machines, forklifts, and reach trucks in accordance with the Top Glove Standard.Managed safety equipment around the factory, consistently updated it for effective operation, and administered personal protective equipment (PPE) to the workers.Conducted safety induction training for newly recruited employees to be aware of every hazard present in the workplace.Continuously monitored the workplace environment and employees methods of work to ensure full compliance with safety procedures and the safety work culture.
