CurrentAs the leader of a global presales team at Sciforma, my role focuses on developing and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our sales processes and customer engagement. My role involves:- Collaborating with the C-suite to impact sales and align presales strategies with executive goals- Streamlining RFP processes to enhance efficiency and ensure timely, high-quality responses- Reviewing BDR processes to optimise lead generation and qualification efforts- Designing effective onboarding programs to equip new team members with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed at Sciforma- Producing video content to increase outreach and engage a broader audience- Creating impactful battlecards that provide our sales team with the competitive edge they need to win deals- Transforming software demonstrations to better showcase our solutions and resonate with potential clients.My goal is to build a powerhouse of innovation that delivers superior software solutions, driving impact and excellence both internally and externally.
