Developed and administered the Authority’s Y2K program. Ensuring all the Authority’s computers systems met all state and federal Y2K requirements.Converted the UNIX / Lotus 123 based water accounting system to a Microsoft SQL environment. Implement a VPN solution for the remote offices and remote users that replaced a dial-up remote access service that was antiquated and cost prohibitive. Developed network resource records, plan of action for future growth and deployment, and fiscal budget to accomplish short-term and long-term goals.
