EPCM Project Management • Manage and provide consultation for key EPCM projects. This includes full cycle sales, client interface, regulatory liaison, contracts, site leasing, planning, conceptual and detailed engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of co-located industrial gas (hydrogen, syngas, renewable natural gas) facilities. • Provide technical expertise on the engineering aspects of projects from scope, design, and planning, through to development and execution as part of the EPC process. • Ensure that best practice framework for procurement process is followed including technical quotation requests, organization of the tender process, pre-qualification of vendors, technical evaluation and recommendation of contractors, and contract negotiations, providing timely communications to all key stakeholders. • Manage risks and dependencies on projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated to stakeholders and those key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated. • Effectively and proactively resolve issues, escalating as appropriate, and ensuring stakeholder expectations are properly managed. • Ensure that the social, environmental, and regulatory processes & approvals are effectively managed in all Projects. • Manage the relationships with EPCM project contractors, specialist contractors, and consultants.Leadership & Managerial:• Provide leadership to your project team to ensure timely delivery and quality of all project milestones. • Participate in the culture of continuous improvement and innovation by ensuring that “lessons learned” are captured and implemented on Projects to ensure exceptional execution.

1. Establish Project Requirements (1) Work with process owners, senior leaders, and relevant stakeholders to define project deliverables. (2) Liaise with 3rd party vendors/ consultants to investigate alternative methods of achieving the project deliverables. (3) Assist the client in preparing the business case for the project. (4) Prepare Project Charters, User Requirements Documents & assist process owners in completing relevant project approval documents.2. Establish Project Plans and Budgets (1) Develop detailed project Schedules & identify major milestones for the successful completion of the project. (2) Determine the resources required to complete the project. (3) Obtain budget level cost estimates for all aspects of the project and prepare the overall project budget. (4) Assess potential risks and propose risk mitigation strategies.3. Manage Project Execution (1) Work with client and stakeholders to ensure internal resource availability and allocation. (2) Establish and manage relationships with 3rd parties and vendors to ensure tasks are being completed as required. (3) Resolve conflicts to deliver project objectives. (4) Manage changes to project scope, timing, and/or budget. (5) Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures4. Report and Communicate (1) Maintain comprehensive project documentation. (2) Chair regular meetings with stakeholders to provide status updates and manage progress. (3) Provide regular status updates to senior leaders. (4) Escalate issues as required (5) Participate in establishing company-wide processes for the Project Management Office, and document, to achieve a structured format for all projects throughout the company

-Lead research of “Process Modeling of Electrodeposition for Nanocrystalline Materials”-Perform chemistry analysis on prototype chemical solutions using various methods to support the development of a new modeling and manufacturing operation-Develop computational simulation models of the plating process by applying COMSOL software package to predict and optimize the manufacturing results-Observe the experiments and samples carefully, document all experimental data and communicate test results with other technicians-Collaborate data and optimize experiment conditions based on the systematical analysis results-Carry out new material property test independently according to established procedures-Responsible for the troubleshooting of experiment and simulation processes to guarantee system reliability and suitability-Prepare reports including raw data, analyze and suggestions and present results to technical groups and industrial partner (Integran Technologies Inc.)

- Lead engineering team of various discipline engineers to support 5+ EPCM projects- Supervise process engineering activities and work with multi-functional teams to select proper process technology, reduce cost, and assist equipment/system validation and maintenance- Perform a variety of improvement studies and cost estimates of CapEx and Opex- Lead mechanical, structural and I&C engineers to investigate new equipment and technologies to satisfy requirements, improve operation and reduce cost - Author, maintain, and update engineering standards and key criteria on equipment evaluation- Participate in project management in the full lifecycle to secure implementation according to the established scope, quality, schedule, and budget- Work with R&D department, venders, and clients to develop and apply new technologies and processes

- Prepare technical proposals, scope of work, engineering milestones and deliverables for 30+ projects- Propose design standard, specification and utilizing sector and safety best-practice- Guide conceptual and basic design, review and approve detailed designs in compliance with applicable codes, standards and regulations- Review design criteria, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping &Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), General Arrangement (GA) Drawing, and 3D models- Conduct mass balance and equipment sizing calculations for WetFGD projects, including flue gas, scrubber/absorber, limestone handling and storage, slurry transportation, dewatering, and wastewater- Confirm the reactor size and catalyst specifications on a case-to-case base for SCR projects- Provide technical guidance to aid troubleshooting in design, equipment, control, and construction- Prepare commissioning procedure, define commissioning programme, control philosophy and other process documents, involve in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)- Provide on-site support during construction and commissioning including O&M training

- Serve as a process engineer on various Wet limestone-gypsum FGD projects - Complete mass balance, hydraulic calculation, equipment and material list, pipe and valves list- Submit equipment specifications and list for liquid, gas, and solid handling/conveying systems- Complete PFD, P&IDs, GA and piping drawings on assigned 10+ EPCM projects- Responsible for engineering reports, specifications, bid evaluations, and equipment vendor assessment- Work as technical liaison with clients to ensure the implementation of requirements in a cost-effective way- Participate in design reviews to coordinate design and manage engineering resolutions
