My role at Austin Civil Engineering is to provide positive and administrative support to all facets of the company. Not only am I the "voice" of Austin Civil, I also assist and coordinate among the project managers and office staff to ensure efficiency and productivity. By adopting the core values, vision and mission of Austin Civil as my own, I am committed to strengthen my skill set, career and future, both as an individual and a member of Austin Civil Engineering. Included but not limited to: generating quotes in multiple vendor programs, providing administrative support in both the sales department and as well as the service department, operating general office equipment, using a multi-line phone system, data entry and paper manangement.

Included but not limited to: Collecting patient demographics, data entry, processing payments, 45 WPM, communicating effectively, thorough understanding of Seton procedures and policies.
