About Jivan Kumar

As the SLP Device Service Operation and State Training In-Charge at Reliance Retail, I oversee the technical training and after-sales support for 500 employees across 348 sites in Haryana and HP. I also manage the service operation for installed SLP devices, such as CCTV, ACS, and IFAS, at these sites. I have been in this role since May 2022, after working for Lava International Ltd for more than four years in various service operation positions.I have a PGDBA in Marketing from SCDL, Pune, and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM University. I have developed skills in service operations, customer relationship management, SLP operation, technical support, mobility and non-mobility device technical training, and escalation management. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service to customers and partners, and enhancing the service quality and efficiency of the organization.
