● Participate in client's calls to discuss the need of the Hiring Managers.● Maintaining minimum Turnaround Time for submitting profiles for all the requirements● Sourcing the profiles through Internal Data Base, Referrals, Vendor Chanel, various job portals and LinkedIn● Coordinating to schedule discussion with shortlisted candidates according to slots given by panel● Effectively handhold the candidates till the day they join, as a result, there no last minute surprises.● Follow up candidates till interview process ends.● Complete necessary pre-employment processes.● Releasing offer after getting approvals from the hierarchy. And following up candidate up-to to finishing up joining formalities● Maintaining track record for the submissions, Selections & Joiners.

Involved in Direct client and third party recruiting, Actively involved in recruiting consultants, which includes screening of the resumes, assessing candidate’s credentials and qualifications, coordinating interviews with the professionals.
