And, we are currently in a many projects where all applications will be followed, and important strategic decisions can be taken.

• ITU IES is one of the biggest student clubs of our university-country and has been continuing its activities since 1992. Different competencies such as teamwork, time management and leadership were acquired by participating in various events such as “EMÖS”, “DART” and “Sektör Günleri”.

The developments in the world and in Turkey were followed through international bulletins and reported to the senior managers.• Executive summary was prepared for important reports concerning the company and the sector. The sector and competitor companies were regularly followed up. Strategy meetings were held with the marketing department for what could be revealed.

• Before the pandemic, I was thinking to bring together the most successful university students in their field and create a platform where we can help and counsel students who are in the university preparation process. With the pandemic, schools were suspended, and we decided to try this project. In a short time, we received trainings and information and came up with something concrete. But this was taking up too much of our time. For this reason, we could not continue the project.
