Unable to continue.

Ever since I worked at the Embassy of Mexico in Ireland I´ve been assisting the Ambassador, every year in January. My experience has led me to also assist other state officials working for the public administration.

It was a big disappointment. HR did not even receive my onboarding paperwork, I gave my resignation notice and did not hear back from then. Until now, I have not been contacted nor have I received email replies. No formal offboarding and no last payment received. Horrible place to work for. But, great experience! I will never be fooled again thinking that it will be a great company to work for only because it is a global. Who knows what went wrong, maybe HR department is struggling ? No idea. I emailed the HR person that hired me but I have not heard back from him. Is he dead? 🤔 …. I hope he is okay. I also went to the Mexico City office to return my ID badge and to ask what is going on… well they just took the badge but no paperwork was done. I was given another two email addresses to get in touch with but still no reply. What is going on with TCS? 🤔 I bet no one will even try to reach out to me. I don’t care anymore, I will not even seek for legal advise. It is over. I’m happy to have quit.

Newly created IT support department, but it was mostly ticket creation about simple issues, then, we redirected each ticket to the correct site for its attention.
