Began scaling the Inclusive Design Community of Practice beyond our division because digital inclusivity requires digital teams across the Whole of Government to play their part to ensure no one is left out in our Smart Nation Journey.In one and half years, we scaled the reach of our annual flagship event from 1 division within GovTech to having.

Started a ground-up Community of Practice with passionate colleagues within GovTech to advocate for accessibility awareness and more inclusive design practices among our digital product teams.Initiated and organised the inaugural Accessibility Awareness Week across the organization with more than 300 total attendees with interactive workshops and talks.

I'm part of the UX Chapter in GovTech, a Community of Practice (CoP) for Design practitioners within the organisation.Good and evidence-based insights are important for impactful product development. I've been particularly passionate about growing the Design Research practice within the CoP and looking at ways we can deepen our practice by developing.
