The detection of diseases and bacteria varies from Salmonella, Campylobacter via PCR Lamp and ELISA for various diseases such as Bursal disease (IBD) or Avian Encephalomyelitis (AE), among others. Along with worn count in faeces, Rapid plate agglutination test for Mg, Ms and Sp, and bacteriology detection of Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, E.coli or Streptococcus species.

Working as part of the Microbiology department to get accurate results in testing bacteria in food and waters. Performing microbiological techniques such as media preparation, sample preparation and immunosorbent assay ELISA to test Salmonella and Listeria.
