Ever since I was a child I have felt fascinated by Biology. When the right time came, I got a degree in Biomedical Sciences and started to work as a Laboratory Technician. For some years I was looking for bacteria in a wide range of final products, working for a food laboratory. Then, I moved into a veterinary laboratory where I am still hunting bacteria, but this time in samples that come from poultry farms.Working in the world of bacteria is giving my contribution to keep people healthy, which is highly rewarding. In fact that fulfills one of my main goals when I thought about a scientific career.I believe that I can still grow, whether is in any other field apart from Microbiology, or even out of the bench, as long as it is in anything that lies into the Biomedical Sciences.
