Content Team Lead
Current- Lead the growing and multinational Core Content team that creates B2B content marketing assets for their dedicated geo and is part of the bigger B2B Marketing team.- Collaborate closely with channel-specific content marketing managers, the leadership of MarketingOperations and Performance Marketing plus a variety of stakeholders from Design, Sales and AccountManagement.- Contribute towards lead acquisition along a co-developed content strategy and correct the course when needed.- Coach, motivate and develop a team at different career stages and employ their strengths for the biggest impact.- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and drive innovation.
