MIND Magazines is a STEAM-based journal that I created while I was in 7th grade. As a student interested in the world of science, I had a hard time reading and understanding scientific articles and so I began MIND Magazines to create magazines, articles, and publications that students could read and understand. MIND Magazines is run by high-school students all around the world and our mission is to make science universally accessible to everyone both in and through our magazine. We believe that there are young brilliant minds everywhere and their thoughts should be made known, rather than concealed. Science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics all touch on some or even all aspects of our lives, whether we know it or not. It is something our society needs to move forward and by allowing people’s ideas, projects, and art to be displayed, we can all contribute to the advancement of society. We are recognized by the Library of Congress, have currently published four magazines, and are working on our fourth edition about Environmental Justice.

• Authored and published over 10 blogs on the Timo Inc. website, covering company goals, app functionality, time management, and productivity topics, driving a 15% increase in website traffic.• Collaborated with a team of four interns to create engaging Instagram posts, resulting in a 20% growth in follower engagement.• Conducted bi-weekly meetings to brainstorm ideas, peer-edit content, and monitor progress, enhancing team productivity and content quality.

- Accepted to a human-accelerator program known as The Knowledge Society (TKS) witha focus on Blockchain Technology- Wrote a Medium article about blockchain, learned how to code in Python, and created aDAO (decentralized autonomous organization) for aspiring entrepreneurs to gather andmeet in.- Participated in four hackathons, had discussions on Harvard Business cases regardingcompanies including Starbucks, and created a company, SealX Labs, in the Moonshot Challenge, a month-long challenge for students to create a company that would solve a global issue with a radical solution.- Moonshot Challenge: was able to create a company known as SealX Labs that aimed to create a bioplastic that was biodegradable and would make a significant impact in plastic pollution specifically in the oceanic environment. My team and I made five deliverables within a month: a one-pager, a YouTube video explaining the product, a presentation deck, a pitch video, an article about the product, and a website, which I created myself. Was able to qualify as one of the top ten teams out of thirty and also won the Innovation Award for the most innovative product.- Participated in an innovation challenge where our team was challenged to create a solution regarding sustainable transportation for IKEA. Developed three different solutions: distribution centers, a new delivery system known as IKÄRRA, and the implementation of QR codes onto IKEA products. Had a month to create a presentation deck, reach out to experts in the field, and receive solid approval.
