Partnered with multiple stakeholder groups across the Australian Cricket ecosystem to build out Community Cricket’s training offering, first for State and Territory Field Force and then for the volunteers that run cricket clubs across the country. - Managed the end-to-end development of Community Cricket’s customer education webinar series’ the Cricket Clubroom Series and the Cricket Classroom Series in 2020 in response to the global pandemic and the required shift to remote learning. - Critically evaluated year one of series, and formed a national working group in partnership with Australian Cricket’s State & Territory bodies to iterate on and grow the Cricket Clubroom Series to become a national effort resulting in launch of the National Clubroom Series earlier this year. - Designed and led a team of 15-deliverers and training admins to deliver Cricket Australia’s capability training program for Australian Cricket Field Force Cricket Unites Ed. while mentoring a small team of training administrators and junior staff to continue to grow in-house capability. - Conducted thorough training needs analysis of Field Force roles to develop a capability framework. Partnered with State & Territory and Cricket Australia subject matter experts to build a national blended-learning onboarding training program for Field Force.- Created a national working group of training and education roles from across the business to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration.
