I worked behind the bar for the Ashes at Lord's in the Warner stand serving MCC members

During my tenure at Royal Ascot I had the privilege serving as a front of house waitress for Their Majesty's Official Guests. I developed the ability to work under high pressure and demand, interacting with guests in order for them to receive the highest quality hospitality experience.

Room Unlocked work experience. Event set up and event management working for the digital brand advocate platform. Took part working with the marketing team to prepare for Madfest, the UK's biggest destination marketing festival. My experience at the Room Unlocked facilitated my personal and professional development in the field of digital marketing.

Completed their work experience programme, which encompassed a diverse range of responsibilities across the hotel chain. This immersive experience ranged from acquiring expertise in delivering exceptional customer service to gaining insights into hotel management across all properties. I identified areas for enhancement and conducted a comprehensive program review, culminating in a compelling presentation to the board and hotel managers.
