Working toward achieving my L3 qualification in Risk Compliance as a Financial Crime Apprentice.

I began part-time work at McDonald's in April 2019 as a crew member, which involved duties such as interacting with customers and presenting orders. Upon commencing this role, I have developed and improved key skills such as my time management, organisation, attention to detail, maintenance of health and safety standards and the importance of teamwork. This position has taught me to excel under pressure, due to the fast-pace working environment that McDonald's operate as, while still ensuring I greet customers politely and accommodate to their every need.

I began my part-time employment at SeaRays in 2018 as a summer job after completing my IGCSE examinations, and it took a great form of work experience. Upon working at SeaRays, I learnt valuable skills such as time management, communication with both customers and my colleagues, and a great sense of teamwork. I also developed my skills in customer service by ensuring I provided a friendly and helpful manner, whilst working under pressure during busy days with a full cover cafe.
