Managing and maintaining our relationship with our sponsor Government Department and producing regular reports to demonstrate the organisation’s progress against Government priorities and key performance indicators.

Supported a single-stream approach to better connect planning, risk management and reporting.

Supported the delivery of funding programmes including CRF, DYCP and Project Grants. Managed team advice-giving, including presentations to potential applicants and arranging development conversations with relationship managers. Analysed data around VA success rates, geographical distribution and diversity to better reach new applicants and boroughs of low cultural engagement.Providing administrative support to strategic development programmes and to the coordination of work on cross-cutting policy areas, for example, engagement and audiences.

Provided support to the Director of Business Improvement and the Director of Audience Insight. This post is between the national Enterprise & Innovation and Arts & Culture teams.

Developed and delivered the Society’s membership communications across channels, identifying target audiences and executing strategies aimed at engaging and retaining current members and recruiting new ones.Co-authored the LGBT+ Histories and Historians Report (published in Sept 2020) which offers a snapshot of the experiences of LGBT+ and queer historians in the UK today and identifies key barriers to full equality in the discipline. Also provides recommendations to ensure the discipline offers a fully welcoming environment for all its practitioners and audiences, which includes historians in cultural organisations.

Created a summary catalogue of the RHS’s archival holdings and selected archival material to showcase on the Society’s online blogs and social media feeds.

Research fellowship, assisting Dr Alana Harris with her work on Catholic responses to sex education initiatives in twentieth-century Britain.

Organised a 5-a-side tournament for 60 participants; obtained corporate sponsorship from Belushi’s Bar and Ugly Drinks for the event. Wrote material for the monthly newsletter and drafted content for social media posts.

Conducted a series of account assessments, responded to client inquiries and developed strategic plans for profitable credit management. Worked with VP of Revenue Operations to devise a long-term plan for debt collection. Developed strong interpersonal skills whilst liaising with finance executives.
