I am however looking to settle down for a few years now my initial set-up is complete. This included logistics of stock including recording and ordering, ensuring the equipment was fully ready and repaired if needed, training the staff, sole responsibility over the finances and banking, security of the site, timetabled breaks, and the center person of contact for customers, my employers and their contractor. My students would range form 5-65, some needing extra support for the various abilities (including def children, cerebral pals, wheel chair bound) in regular and one off sessions.
