I’ve grown Zumba NXG from a weekly Zumba class of seven, to a thriving community of over a hundred members, classes of up to 45 students and a timetable of daily classes in Yoga, Ballet, Dance Fitness and Zumba.Through this expansion I’ve gained direct experience in all areas of business from marketing to administration, accounts, sales, customer service, strategy, systems and procedures, management, and critically; understanding the importance of each area and how they interplay to create a successful business.
