Position to develop the rowing program in the Maldives. The project is two-fold: firstly to increase participation in rowing as a whole, especially amongst women, to empower and allow them to engage in sport. Secondly, it is to develop their performance stream, so that in time the Maldives will compete internationally alongside the best in the world.
