Performed stress analysis using finite element analysis techniques to validate the structural integrity and performance of client designs. Built, updated, and debugged finite element meshes using Altair HyperMesh, Altair SimLab, and CATIA. Created input decks, debugged failure conditions, and analyzed results for simulations using LS Dyna and Abaqus. Gained experience with Python and VBA through creating scripts used for parsing through simulation log files, modifying simulation input deck files, and modifying mesh files. Also used VBA to modify crucial client databases.

Entrusted with inspecting hundreds of airplane engine turbine blades, worth over five thousand dollars each, to determine whether or not they should be discarded as scrap.Independently created weekly presentations containing confidential and proprietary customer data, conducted calls with company-wide engineering team and overseas clients of our projects to present said data.Charged with inspection and troubleshooting on twenty Hurco CNC machines.Organized and directed a macro etch stock loss study: managing five employees, taking samples from chemical tanks, collecting and analyzing data on hundreds of parts worth thousands of dollars each for presentations to head engineers.Designed, drafted, and implemented multiple necessary parts for use in critical manufacturing processes.
