Having completed my four year Master of Osteopathy Degree at the British School of Osteopathy June 2012 I decided to start my professional career in Kamloops, British Columbia. I am currently working at Kamloops Osteopathy. There I work as pravtice principle and Osteopathic Practitioner.At Kamloops Osteopathy we are offering mobile osteopathic services to businesses, hotels, offices, golf courses and gyms. As well as providing services at our downtown office. I have combined a love of dancing with my love of osteopathic medicine to create a chair based dance and movement class for patients and clients with mobility issues, osteoarthritis, chronic pain and back pain. These classes are designed to gently improve flexibility, mobility, strength and balance. I hope to explore and improve my osteopathic practice, particularly in interests such as visceral technique, functional technique and cranial osteopathy. I love to work with children and with pregnant mothers, so much so that I aim to eventually gain my Masters in Pediatric Osteopathy.I teach Zumba and Bokwa at Let's Move Studio, Kamloops Osteopathy, Kamloops Fitness Gym, the North Shore YMCA and various other locations.On Thursdays Paul Roberts M.Ost and I teach "Better Bones", an exercise class designed for seniors to improve their muscle tone, bone density, balance etc
