• Uploading of files onto SAP record.• Inter depot requirements and food orders arrange and fulfill on daily basis within scheduled men power.• Updating all SQA forms and documents and keeping records up to date.• Assigned job to labor, material handler, Warehouse man and stock controllers and monitoring to complete with in period. • Monitoring sales van loading and arrange to finish before cut-off Timing.• Good store planning and storing product without reefer Delay and house keeping checking.• Arrange training and counter checking during reconciliation for minimize Crates/Basket variance and send with availability reefer to CPP on daily basis.• Correct product handling and Cold Chain Management with good practices. • Complete relevant documentation and reports.• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in store area.• Train and develop staff.• Liaise with relevant with external agencies and internal management to ensure effective and timely utilization/distrubution of stock.
