Since 1999, I have been a part of Pakistan's media industry and enjoyed to work for almost every medium.Started as a trainee-reporter for Pakistan Press International (PPI), a local news agency, I succeeded to win recognition at both domestic and international levels. From the country’s largest English daily Dawn to the internationally respected Dow Jones Newswires, I have strived to excel mainly in the reporting of almost all major areas including business, politics and crime.Apart from mainstream print media, I also enjoyed working two years (April 2002 to May 2004) for Pakistan Business Update - a weekly business news programme for Pakistan Television (PTV). Joined as a contributor and initially was responsible for reporting and scripting, I was later engaged in postproduction of the last 27 episodes of the programme, which included recording, editing, visualisation and making the 25-minute programme final before it went on air.I always enjoy voiceovers for radio commercials and television documentaries produced by individuals and production houses.Specialties: News reporting
