Enabled Credit Administration Units nationally to complete 130,000 Solicitor instructed mortgage deals annually resulting in a total cost saving of $2.8 M. • Led feasibility analysis for IWG business planning program. These Branch services and vendor related initiatives were analyzed to ensure 3% year over year in cost savings would occur and that standard business case feasibility criteria were met. Business cases were produced and presented along with recommendations to the Executive leadership team.• Collaborated with colleagues on a regulatory HST readiness project to negotiate existing vendor contracts producing on average $50k in annual savings. • All projects delivered on time and an average of 5% below approved budgets.

Worked on a team that developed and implemented a Video Control System for a leading vendor. This application was used to rent movies, track rental activities, record and maintain accounting files, customers and movie history. Developed using Visual Basic, Java, MS Access Database and HTML.
