• Preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports for Executive Vice President Finance o Corporate cost analysis reports – reporting for each cost center for strategic decision making and cost control;• Preparation of the Management Accounts for banks, vendors and other stakeholders;• Analyze & Interpret financial results & business performance of the company and reporting business performance to VP finance;• Briefing management quarterly on key financial indicators like ratio analysis, return on investment, liquidity analysis, gearing and financial risks; • Responsible for the calculation and filing of the VAT returns of UAE & KSA companies;• Ensuring the accuracy of the revenue recognition in accordance with the IFRS and company policy;• Liaison with external auditors (E & Y) for Statutory Audit of Tech Access FZ LLC and with auditors of other companies in the group at the yearend;• Dealing with the banks for banking facilities and mutual beneficial relationship e.g., Letters of Credit (LCs), Local Bill Discounting, Short Term Loan (STL),LC Discounting and long term loans;• Responsible for the reconciliations and payments of the key Vendor accounts;

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports. o Presenting to Management, Financial performance of each Business Unit & overall group; o Working Capital, Liquidity reports – ensuring the availability of the sufficient working capital for day to day operations;• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting and recording accounts’ data.• Detailed analysis of the historical financials outcome of the company against the budgets & benchmarks and reporting variances to the management with corrective measures and recommendations.• Analyze & Interpret financial results & business performance of the company and reporting business performance to finance manager and directors.• Preparation and transfer of the monthly payroll through UAE’s Wage Protective System (WPS).• Responsible for ensuring reconciliation of clients balances.• Assisting Finance Manager in drafting Management Information Reports by providing data and preliminary reports.• Responsible for reconciling company bank accounts.• Preparations of the ad-hoc reports as required by the management.• Responsible for reconciling, monitoring and filing of VAT returns.

• To handle all the key areas of Accounts including Accounts receivables, Accounts payables, Payroll etc• Preparation of Financial Statements and management accounts.• Monthly Bank Reconciliations of all the company bank accounts.• Coordination with all the company suppliers, customers for payments and recoveries on regular basis.• Time to time arrangement of trainings for non-accounting staff.• Maintaining Accounting Controls for the Accounts related work.• Securing Accounting data by regular backups of accounting system• Compliance with the state regulatory laws.• Preparing and submitting of Sales Tax Returns on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
