Across the span of my career, I am most proud to have created and mentored high functioning, cohesive and diverse teams. I myself am a product of many cultures, having lived in several countries across three continents. My formative years were therefore spent in international schools; this taught me to thrive in diversity—of thought, of cultures, of ways of being—and to cultivate a flexible and adaptive mindset. My wide-ranging career choices naturally followed from the above. I have worked in financial services, multilateral development banks, government agencies and am active with local and international nonprofits.My functional expertise is rooted in treasury management, corporate finance, capital markets, global financial policy, and non-profit management. To all these areas, I have brought a spirit of questioning the status quo, while maintaining a collaborative approach that encourages spirited debate and shuns groupthink.My educational background equally reflects these values with undergraduate degrees in both English Literature and Economics (University of Rochester) and an MBA (University of Chicago Booth School of Business), with a joint AM in South Asian Languages and Civilizations
