Deliver lecture to Bachelor of Commerce students on Financial Accounting, Advance Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Auditing & Income Tax Law.

• Supervision of all financial transactions.• Liaison with banks and handling all banking matters including reconciliation.• Maintain proper records of prepayments & accruals and to check their booking at month end.• Monitor sales invoicing, payments and recovery.• Prepare and Control costing of programs.• Prepare details for income tax refundable. • Markup calculation on loans.• Prepare draft of Budget for management.• Assist in Fixed assets register.• Prepare income tax return.• Responsible for complete accounting of Payroll.• Responsible for complete accounting of Provident Fund.• Monitor investments of Provident Fund and assist Trustees in placement of new funds. • Prepare Annual Accounts of Provident Fund.• Responsible for the audit of Provident Fund.• Assist in all financial reports including Monthly accounts, Quarterly Accounts, Half Yearly Accounts and Annual Accounts.• Ensures timely payment of Withholding taxes to Regulatory authorities.• Prepares Audit related MIS reports.

• Pen Pakistan disbursement of benefits to all Bank Executives including all Branch Managers.• Processing & payment of tax challans to SBP against staff income tax.• Preparation and Payment of LFA to the executives.• Preparing and submission of monthly tax returns. Annual Tax return & certificate of deduction.• Handle & guide staff on Income Tax.• Payment of advance salary.• Processing KASB Bank Ltd payroll• Preparation & disbursement of Staff bonuses.• Preparation and payment of final settlements.• Issue and maintain MISYS(Equation) HR financial transaction authorization records.• Pen Pakistan traveling expense Bills Check, verify and disburse authority.• Maintaining status of PF/payments to resign staff.• Ensuring each payment is in compliance with the policies• Create & maintain Audit related MIS reports
