• Work directly with project manager to help implement project goals Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed.• Detailed Design Engineering coordination with supplier, consultant, and End User.• Conducting meeting with Supplier, consultant, and end user for smooth engineering works• Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.• Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy.• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals.• Organizing and assisting the logistics team for smooth delivery of Major materials (Transformer, GIS & other equipment) to site.• Dealing with Finance team in monitoring the smooth cash flow and ensuring smooth delivery to site.• Review project implementation and gather data on project execution• Coordinate with Direct and Indirect Team members of project leads following project execution.

• Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans conferring with management. • Preparation of technical pre - bid queries, bill of quantities and coordination with tender team. • Determining the project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and reviewing bids from contractors. • Selection of Protection Relays reviewing the client specification and necessary components for the Project Requirement. • Preparation of AC & DC loads calculation for Battery requirement. • Coordination with Design Activities and understanding the Client/customer requirement with respect to the engineering activities. • Project meeting with client/customer with respect to the technical and commercial aspects. • Control and Monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. • Attending Site meeting for engineering queries for smooth execution operation. • Coordination during Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) activities with internal testing team and QA team. • Coordinating with the Site engineers for smooth Testing and commissioning activities.

• Understanding and analysing the Scope of Work of the project. • Responsible to prepare Project Planning Structure using MS Project software with major milestones of the particular project. • Floating enquires to the particular vendors and discussing with respect to the Technical /commercial terms to finalize. • Having a good knowledge in LV system (CCTV, SMATV & BMS system) and extracting the requirement with reference to the Electrical drawings. • Having a good knowledge in Fire protection system which includes intergern, Sprinkler and Deluge system. • Preparation of BOM of the project, Man power Histogram and Method statement related to project. • Floating Enquiries to Suppliers/Manufactures and Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations. • Negotiations with suppliers on commercial aspects of Product and discussing to clarify the technical queries. • Co-coordinating with site/client engineers during site activities.
