Review of all technical drawings, specifications & data sheets of power equipment.Witnessing of 132kV Grid Station Equipment Testing Such as (Power Transformer, CT’s, P.T’s, Circuit Breaker, Isolators, Control and relay Panel, Protection Relays, and Control and Power Cables) in accordance with Protocol.Carry out QA/QC for construction supervisionCoordinate with management for quality improvementsCoordinate quality inspections with all the site sub- contractors and vendors.Arrange testing and quality inspection during construction.Participating in meetings related to change orders, Grid connectivity, EPA testing scheduleAttending monthly meetings and generation of progress reports for client, CPPA, SEPA and lenders. Monitoring progress and preparation of quarterly reports to be submitted to CPPA, NTDC, SEPA Handling QIPs, QA/QC documents

Responsibilities• Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of 02 units of Tata Textile Mills.• Planning of Electric budget for whole financial year, keep In view the previous trends and future prospects of machinery.• Planning and designing of new machinery setup plan for mills. • Execution of Preventive Maintenance Plans for integrity of the power, control and drive system of machines, power transmission & distribution equipment.• Conduction of maintenance and troubleshooting activities of electrical equipment.• Preparation of specification and fault history for electrical equipment such as Generators, Transformers, Switchgears, MCC, Inverters, Battery system and take preventive measures against faults /failures, based upon this analysis.• Maintenance of Electrical Power Utilization in the plant for operational needs, with a focus on the performance of distribution/protection equipment e.g. Transformers, HT relays, Power factor Improvement system.• Overhauling of motors according to the motors’ overhauling Schedule.• Inspection of all incoming parts as per requirement.• Working actively on Energy conservation techniques and implement many energy efficient techniques in plant, which help our industry to grow and conserve energy.• To co-ordinate with stores and procurement department for spare parts arrangements.• To drive the whole electrical team smoothly and ensure better performance from each member of the team.
