Review quotations for new items and making deals with good quality vendors by keeping in view cost effectiveness. Order materials and services as per planning and stock position. Ensure proper tracking of purchasing activity and its measurements as and when required. Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely paymentOf invoices, as necessary for smooth business relations with suppliers. Implement procurement strategy and policies as per company guidelines. Forecast procurement needs by closely monitor consumption trends.
