CurrentDelivery Lead for the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) programme responsible for the implementation of ServiceNow - Service Mapping (ITOM) to gain visibility into the configuration items that made up business services. These service maps used traffic‑based discovery and infrastructure information in the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to show the mix and relationship of applications, IT components, and cloud services. The scope of work required critical Technical and Application services mapped for May and July milestone (106 services), with the remaining 400 plus services now mapped as an in-house delivery, that I assisted to roadmap.
