• As the part of Customer Services Department, handled Customer Life Cycle Management and CRM• Induct new customers (Sale) through collection team and strong sales follow up with distribution network• To ensure the overall profitability of the region with extreme customer retention and cash collection• Mainly focused to retain the current customers and overall Customer’s closing issues• Managing the team of Cash/CPE Collection on requests from customers through Call Center, App store, Social media and Email SMS services.• Managing the distribution network in term of Customer retention, collection and inventory management• Team Manager of Central Region Collection/Retention team• Main POC and managed the team of Door to door bill as well CPE Collection• Inventory management and smart allocation of inventory to concerned team and distribution channel
