 Ascertaining Material Requirements, identifying and developing a reliable Vendor base for procurement of supply chain. Communicating material specifications, negotiating with Vendors, monitoring Vendor performance to ensure cost effective supply of quality material.  Conducting Inventory analysis, lead time, vendor rating and development with regular stock verification of stock items. Releasing supply schedules to Vendors to ensure on time deliveries.  Purchasing of spare from local vendor’s and Chinese vendors. Ensure Bill processing of all Vendor Bills are completed and Cheques handed over to Vendors within the Credit Periods. Lead Team from Procurement to deliveries of Project. Handling OEM such as Avaya , Polycom and Plantronics their distributor like Beetel, Ingram, Radington Etc. Supporting for procurement planning to Seven Summits technologies also (Distribution house of Enkay Technologies) Working Closely with Top Management Team & strategizing for organised operation management.

 Raising PO for all AV products as per agreed Terms & Condition through SAP. Raising PO such us IMPORT AND LOCAL Order on distributor and OEM. Handling OEM such as Kramer, Extron, Draper, Dalite, Biamp, Samsung, Panasonic, Polycom ETC & their distributor like Beetel, Ingram, Radington Etc. Generating PO on time & follow up with vendors for material Deliveries. Timely follow-up and co-ordination with OEMS & distributor for Delivery. Responsible to feed the vendor feedback against the particular PO delivery status in SAP. Forwarding Invoices for GRN to concern department for Payment process. Follow up with finance department for Vendor payment. Collecting ITC certificate for Services Order from project manager for GRN purpose. Reporting to Sr. Manager - SCM.

 Creating lateral Tie –ups with suppliers/manufacturers for Audio Visual Products.  Ensuring proper documentation for each and every project.  Creating quotations and handover documents. Search for new local vendors of Audio Visual Product and register them into the system by taking details of the vendors. Coordinating with client during projects. All the negotiations with local vendor’s for the purchase of AV equipment's (Ensure to get best price for company). Keeping Track of collections. Reporting to Audio Visual Head of the department.

• Facilitate smooth co-ordination between various depts. pertaining to site related issues. • Keeping progression track of on site progress of the projects , end to end i.e from the date of LOI to handover. • Foresee and pre-empt issues which can possibly hinder the smooth progress and take corrective action.• Bridge the gap between client – Engg dept – logistics personnel so as to ensure timely accomplishment of milestones laid out for the project. • Ensuring timely completion/adhering to timelines for various reporting requirements and MIS requirements. • Post project compliance like consolidating various project related documents, formatting/editing and printing of Handover Documents, Sign offs. • Ensuring proper documentation of each project is completed and exists. Also for future use/reference archives are maintained in proper order. • Reporting to Senior Manager – Key Accounts
