MSP - IT deployment within the Oil & Gas industry

Project managing 3 separate network implementation projects NHS Trusts. Ensuring that the project timeline does not lapse, monitoring and reporting on project budgets v actuals & ensuring the work streams are sufficiently resourced and giving updates at the program board.

Part of BP’s LSP HR Program, focused on standardising and simplifying BP’s learning landscape across the globe, that is expected to deliver a significantly enhanced experience for BP’s 70,000 learners, as well as millions of pounds worth of business benefits.- Project manager of the North African Region for BP’s transformation operating model.- Supporting other senior project and programme managers on their various work streams- Stake holder management across EMEA, ASPAC and Americas region.- RAID logs and project tracking- Demand Plans and Project planning – sticking to tight deadlines and delivery dates for the project.- Use of MS Visio to help process map the new business operating model.- Extensive use of excel functions such as VLOOKUP’s and Index match amongst others.- Creation of SharePoint and maintaining organisation within internal data management system- Creating the PowerPoint packs which are used at workshops across all different deployments.

- Managed a range of projects in a number of sectors at numerous clients including Tier 1 investment Banks.- Running point in undertaking research around regulatory change post Brexit. (Non EEA and EEA)- Continuous liaison with ESMA, EBA, Bank of England, and the FCA.- Majority input on PwC Brexit weekly Digest for internal distribution.- Market analysis on PRA’s requirement for firms to draft up contingency plans post Brexit- Analysis on the different regulation within the EU, i.e. MiFID II, GDPR etc. Impact on Credit institutions, Universal Banks, Investment Banks, and Asset managers Post Brexit.- Completing RAID Logs throughout the project lifecycle- MI Reporting on Specific Economic calendars- MS Visio- Management of month and year end financials - Improvement of budgeting and management models- Resolving unexpected issues and bringing them to management attention when appropriate- Gantt Charts and timeline planning.

- Ensured that the sales pipeline was looked after, risk management was in place, client engagement was set up and billing schedules were adhered to.- Ensured that the project plan timeline was on track and would escalate any issues and risks to the relevant management team.- Undertook KYC, Relationship checks and personal independence declarations (when needed).- Documented and verified the information obtained from the client as required by the AML/KYC procedures, utilising a variety of independent research sources.- Analysis of client data, news and documentation in order to determine the risk aspect within the project lifecycle.- Liaised with partners, directors and clients on a regular basis so that they would be informed of project stages & also arranged and hosted project governance meetings on a weekly basis- Completion of the month end accounting process ensuring any issues had been appropriately dealt with- Assisted in budgeting and quarterly team billing and revenue forecasts.- Working with the internal systems (RAID, IRIS, SAP, GFS, CRM, Clientwise, DMS, Lotus notes, MS Project).
