The Punjab Land Records Authority in Lahore, under the Board of Revenue, Punjab, has achieved a significant milestone by successfully automating land records. As the Assistant Director/SCI, first mile stone achieved was complete digitization of revenue records of District Toba Tek Singh, Punjab. I have served at different District and Tehsils in same role. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas, monitoring of network and IT equipment, overall IT administration of site, service & operations, ensuring efficient public service delivery, complaint and conflict resolution. Additionally, I am involved as general manager of site and looking after matters like timely delivery and completion of day to day assigned tasks, timely and accurately providing required reports to other Govt. departments, team building, providing software technical support, and bridging the gap between the head office, district administration, and the core working team.
