Serikandi Seni is a women-led organization dedicated to empowering women and other unjustly affected groups through art expression. They provide community engagements with the aim of providing a safe haven and freedom of expression. During my time there I worked on understanding the organizational and community needs in order to develop job roles and administrate the hiring process necessary for the new projects.

Teach For Malaysia is a not-for-profit working towards education recovery in Malaysia. It is part of the global education movement Teach For All spanning 61 countries and counting. It works with the Ministry of Education as well as various other industry partners such as Petronas to help address education inequity in high-need communities through a variety of sustainable projects. I was privileged to work under their talent acquisition team. I was tasked with supporting engagements with stakeholders and recruiting for their flagship program. I also led a team for a summer program to raise awareness of education inequity in Malaysia.
