This role consolidates the business ownership of the Global SACS ERP system, related bolt-on products, and the related operational processes across the enterprise. In addition, the role includes developing the product roadmap, diving knowledge transfer activities, and developing related documents, driving implementations, and driving process and organizational change. Extensive experience in operations and ERP systems as well as broad analytical, strong organizational and interpersonal skills is required. Especially important are skills and experience related to optimizing people, business process and software technology.

The overall objective of the role is to lead, facilitate and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation on time, to quality and to budget. This role will be under the direct guidance of the Global Director BPI & SACS ERP with a strong link to the IT Programme Management Office (PMO) and Local Project Managers.

Global

Work closely with customers to identify user's business requirements. Interprets business needs and translates them into system requirements. Write business specifications and forwards to technical staff for system development. Acts as the conduit between a user group and an IT development team.

Global

Coordinate planning functions in the unit by supporting process with accurate and on time information through systems in place. Optimize the Company's resource and own area of responsibility to achieve the business objectives
