In order to bring this vision to verity, a comprehensive National Freelance Training Program (NFTP) has been designed which provides contemporary training to aspiring freelancers across all provinces of Pakistan. Main Responsibilities• Conduct Train the trainer session to guide and teach all trainers across Pakistan.• Participating in the hiring of trainers of different domains along with HR department • Design and timely update course curriculum as per program requirements• Participate in monthly evaluations sessions of all centers• Video evaluations of trainers as per project requirement• Conduct Awareness sessions in different districts of Pakistan• Conduct training sessions to update course curriculum as per requirement• Timely attend meetings with management• Lead the NFTP centers activities and monitor performance of trainers• Evaluating performance of the trainers • Work on enhancing trainers’ performance• Work on freelancing partnerships to develop echo system• Work on community management• Available for daily office workCritical Activities:• Good communication skills.• Freelancing experience• Curriculum development and community management to develop freelancing echo systemOther Responsibilities:• Other Tasks as per management

Responsibilities:: 1.Developing through innovative & creative concepts across all media excellence. 2. Ability to work with other project managers and teams of creative designers. 3. Develop and frame creative concepts according to creative brief requirements.4. Communicating design visions and rationale clearly to clients and design teams. 5. Conceptualize, visualize and design user experiences. 6. Involved in developing the clients culture and quality standards. 7. Attending conferences, press releases, exhibitions and expos. 8. Mentoring junior staff in project development and performance management. 9. Organizing, initiating and lead brainstorms sessions.

eRozgaar:In the backdrop of soaring un-employment and financial challenges it has become a paramount duty of the government to steer the educated youth of the province in the right direction. Hence, Chief Minister Punjab has decided to establish e-Rozgaar centers in 36 districts of Punjab to provide training to budding freelancers and enhance their professional capabilities. Through this initiative Government of Punjab will assist the youth in earning sustainable income. One of the major objectives of this project is to provide training opportunities to youth for self-employment using internet based freelancing. This wise movement by the Chief Minister will expedite the freelancing skills of around 10,000 people in a year which will eventually help them to earn an honorable living. This program is not just a training program but a revolution that will help generate employment and prepare Pakistan to run in the race of future of work around the world.Department: Creative DesignResponsibilities:1. Provide instruction for assigned courses. This includes preparation for in-class or on-line/distance education activities, evaluation of students’ work, consultation with students .2. Maintain accurate class and other records required by the Erozgaar Department. 3. Follow course outlines as filed in the instruction offices.4. Assist students by providing advice on requirements for successful achievement in the members’ area of expertise.5. Maintain class hours each week, at 1.5 hours daily (Monday - Friday) 6. Successful Projects of students will be entered in Success From by Trainer.

Responsibilities: 1. In addition to designing web and print media graphics, creating interface designs for mobile applications as well as the development of mobile websites.2. Mentoring and managing a creative team of designers in the production of cutting-edge graphics.3. Working closely with the clients from around the world, i.e. Middle East, America, Europe and Australia.
