• Led large-scale projects (100+ employees), managed team resources and work plans, and fostered client relationships on various financial services engagements• Created an operational strategy for one of the largest North American insurance companies to acquire and integrate the $1.2 billion Personal Lines of Business from a competitor• Analyzed tax regulations and business work flows to evaluate the impact of a Goods and Services Tax on an Australian national steel manufacturer’s operations and technologies• Designed a customer-focused system for an energy supplier servicing over 1.5 million customers to compete in the newly deregulated Australian energy market• Designed and implemented an enterprise order management system for one of the largest N. American pharmacy retailers resulting in 30% operational efficiencies for its Rx business
