CurrentTechnically support the development of tools, improvising QI and QA processes, SOPs, and other policy-level guidelines.• Develop various training modules, e-modules etc. as per the need of the program to improve the quality of education.• Work in Private sector and public facilities in Maternal and Neonatal health and FP component.• Instigate Gestational Diabetic Mellitus- Training & Screening etc.• Initiate FP awareness in private Pharmacists and make a strong referral system for PAFP.• Commence digital services in FP both the public and private sectors.• Capacity building of staff on Post-abortion family planning in public health facilities to the community.• Strengthening of facilities in PAFP services Public and Private facilities.• Organize and conduct various managerial, classroom teaching clinical training, workshops, and on-site mentorship activities. This would also include planning training schedules, identifying trainers, monitoring training and post-training follow-up.• Support in Quality programs- LaQshya and NQAS (focus on Labour room & O.T.)• M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) framework and reports.• Work with the supervisor to design work plan budgets, develop activity budgets, submit timely expenditure reports from the field and ensure efficient use of available resources.• Travel to the project sites in support of activity implementation and monitoring as needed.
