Highly focused on safety (Man and Machine), Self follow and instructed to other for following safety rule. Wear safety PPEs. Daily inspection of availability of fire hydrant in working area. Highly focused to decrease loses water, oil and coal etc. Keeping working area clean monitor housekeeping daily. Man power utilization for daily work. Maintenance:- Implement and Supervise yearly preventive and daily maintenance on various pumps, fans,blades, valves, Filters, Mills, Feeders for boiler. Plan and supervise daily maintenance of boiler auxiliary equipment.Plan and Supervise short and long term preventive maintenance for boiler auxiliary.Material and Spare parts requisition report. In SAP, Notification raised and cancellation of permit to work such as confined space, hot work and live permits on every maintenance and repair work done.
