In my recent role as Head of Product Design at Pragmatic Play (Arrise), I had the opportunity to build a design team from the ground up. Starting from scratch, we grew to a group of 24+ dedicated professionals, becoming a key player in the iGaming industry. Since I joined the company I've been involved in many projects as RNG Dream Catcher, Live Monopoly, RNG Baccarat, RNG Dragon Tiger, RNG Top Card, Live Baccarat, Lightning Baccarat, Baccarat Multiplay Widget, and others.My focus was to create and improve core components across all our products so we can offer the best immersive experience for our players. My key responsibilities there were: - Collaborate with others as part of a cross-functional team that includes designers, business analysts, product owners, stakeholders, engineers, and other functional specialists. - Design highly usable and delightful user interfaces, experiences, and visuals of new games; owning both UX and visual design characteristics. - Design the game flow, concepts, new features. - Come up with new ideas, creative solutions. - Contribute to and help maintain our evolving design system and methodology with new ideas for games and core components. - Develop and maintain mock-ups, usage scenarios, prototypes, specifications, navigation maps, and other design documents. - Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions - Prepare source files for development and supervise implemented design - Present design work to teams and stakeholders

Clevertalents was a web agency which I built from the zero and rapidly we became an international team with more than 23 people working full-time on projects from all over the world. The experience was amazing as I've learned more about managing and business in general.
