• LV System distribution design.• Design of electrical panels in accordance with contractors’ or consultants’ schedule or single line diagram (AutoCAD, SIMATIC STEP 7 in TIA Portal, WinProladder, WPLSoft, Automation Studio, and other Simulation software for diagnosis and review).• Oversee the fabrication of panels to match with the design and identify the design constraints.• Carryout factory acceptance tests and possible functional tests for conformity.• Site installation, pre-commissioning test & commissioning of panels and systems.• Providing technical support for Electrical switchgear, Pneumatic & Electrical Automation items with various manufacturers (ABB, Schneider, LOVATO, DELTA Electronic, Telemechanique, Fotek, SMC & ASCO).• Technical support for AC Drives (VFDs, Soft Starters) – ABB ACS310, ACS550, ACH580 & ACH480, DELTA E series & MS series, Schneider ATV212 HVAC series.

• Participated in coordination between consultant, clients (Particular authorities across the island) and contractors, as well as with various government and third-party authorities related to project detailed design finalization, obtaining necessary permits and uninterrupted execution of project.• Inspected, tested, and certified electrical installation done by our own technicians.• Attended site surveys and technical/workshop meetings with various contractors and clients whenever required to understand site conditions and identify/communicate design constrains and difficulties.• Advised/notified concerned project managers of any slippage of project progress related to design and design review activities against projects’ execution schedules.• Reviewed Electrical switchgear As-Built drawings as submitted by factory.• Witnessed or reviewed factory, pre-commissioning and commissioning tests related to electrical system wherever necessary.• Handled the work related to installation of Power Generators, Switchboards & Capacitor banks.• Conducted site survey & assessment for solar PV installation for future projects.• Designed solar systems for commercial & domestic customers in accordance with the compliances.• Configured and installed Solar components comprised of SMA inverter & REC PV panel to meet the maximum yield possible.• Conducted Energy Auditing & Management for industries for efficiency, reliability, and Quality improvements on power.• Documented project for design reviews, compliance reviews and technical reviews.

• Prototype tests and factory acceptance tests of Toroidal Transformers up to 11 kVA.• Instrumentation (Test and Measurement with a variety of Test Equipment) – Power meter, Data logger, Variac, Programmable power supplies, Oscilloscope…• Design of toroid transformer using software-based method (ToroidEZE).• Project: “Development and Documentation of Auto Core Tester”, a semi-automated toroid core test machine – Matlab Interface runs on Matlab Runtime equipped with programmable power supply, 30*100 pneumatic cylinder, electrically actuated 5/2 valve, power meter with RS232 serial communication.
