As a Software Backend Engineer at Paytm, I worked across various charters including Know Your Business, Document Management System, Terms and Conditions, and Payment Analytics. During my tenure, I primarily worked with Java, SpringBoot, Hibernate, MySQL, ElasticSearch, REST, Redis, and Nginx.One of my key accomplishments at Paytm was designing and implementing different APIs to improve the user experience for 1.7 million customers in the Merchant Analytics charter. I also worked on enhancing success analytics, which enabled merchants to analyze and benchmark their performance. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with ElasticSearch and explore its capabilities.In the Document Management System charter, I was responsible for maintaining the in-house DMS that stores all the documents and images of the 40 million users. I implemented relevant security checks to ensure safe file transfers and powered a dashboard with APIs to facilitate document search based on meta data. My colleagues recognized me as a dedicated and dependable resource for the team.Finally, in the Terms and Conditions charter, I designed and implemented a paradigm to alert users of their ignored TnCs. I was responsible for coding use cases that served in managing manpower and reducing TAT and cost for every TnC.Overall, my work at Paytm demonstrates my ability to collaborate on complex projects, tackle new technologies, and deliver value to both the company and its customers.

Crimson Insights primarily deals with patent support services and software development services. It's an early-stage startup with founders from PEC Chandigarh. Crimson Insights thrives on the amalgamation of technology expertise and business strategy to engender insights that are critical to the growth of technology giants in the rapidly evolving and competitive markets.During the internship, I was directed to develop an app from scratch for one of the clients of the company. A fully functional and market-ready application was expected by the end of the internship period. I was able to tackle the challenges and meet the deadlines successfully, ending up with the desired application. Internship's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Creating new Android modules.2. Work with REST APIs and services.3. Improving existing Android modules.The application currently has 100K+ downloads on Google Playstore.

UAS-DTU is an interdisciplinary technical team aimed at developing indigenous technological solutions for UAVs. Developing a new generation of low-cost Image Processing Paradigms and Flight Control Systems to aid in Surveillance and Reconnaissance. Capable of manufacturing Unmanned Aerial Systems for the market with the capabilities of Aerial Imagery, and GCS Software for the processing of these images.► Worked with a team of 20 interdisciplinary students over the development of UAV.► My responsibilities in the project include managing the imaging system of the UAV and performing image processing over the captured images by it.► Successfully developed a fully functional shape detection program in Python using OpenCV library with an accuracy >85% for an international competition SUAS-17 held in Maryland, USA.► Successfully developed a real-time program to differentiate objects based on colors(red and blue) for a national competition FLYTRON at PEC, Punjab. Won an Overall 3rd position.► Gained a complete working experience in a tech-team with monthly report presentations and by completing assigned task before deadlines.
