My primary focus is to assist the sales team with expert technical knowledge of all solutions and implementation strategies. I do this by discovering customer needs, designing both retrofit and new construction solutions for our customers, demoing our products to various audiences (Executive, Marketing, IT, Solution Engineers, etc), and managing the install through completion before handing the process off to a Project Manager for large-scale rollouts. Additionally, I have used my professional certification to act as the Scrum Master for major revisions or rewrites of some of our products. This aids in both deep product understanding as well as allowing me to provide input for the future of our products. I enjoy this position because I am always doing something different and it forces me to constantly reprioritize and tackle new problems.

This was a unique opportunity for me to gain entrepreneurial experience while I was in the process of graduating college. I was the owner's first hire before he opened the doors and participated in everything from store location selection, inventory procurement & management, defining sales & rental processes, interviewing, and everything else that comes with a small business.As the business grew, my primary responsibility became controlling the workflow of the service department.
