I am responsible for the R&D organization in Dhaka. My primary responsibility is to create a thriving organization which is inspired to deliver an innovative and efficient product for our customers. In parallel to people management, I am involved in architecture, product management, recruiting and training.- I lead multiple teams of Engineers, Agile Coaches and Product Managers. Developed a transparent process for performance management. To ensure career growth and proper performance management I also setup a engineering management structure.- Established team-wide Quarterly OKRs review that successfully guided team towards achieving annual engineering goals- Partner with product team to establish product roadmap and overall product development process- Coached engineers on best practices for writing maintainable code. Gave internal talks and managed engineers one-on-one.- Worked as first-responder for outages. Conceptualized and setup tools for support engineers for them to debug and resolve issues with ease.- Led efforts to migrate codebase from monolithic architecture to service oriented architecture. In doing so we migrated 3 TB legacy MySQL 5 to MySQL 5.7 which included massive code and system refactor

I worked on various responsibility in Escenic Asia Ltd. - Core Team/Platform Team: Responsible for developing, maintaining Escenic Content Engine, Escenic Content Studio and some other core products. Worked in all segments using Java as the primary language.- Maintenance Team: Worked as a team member/developer and scrum master. Here my developer responsibility was to maintain all the legacy version/product of Escenic.- Escenic Event Engine: This is a product developed on Swing Application Framework, JAX WS and Escenic Content Engine for maintaining 'Events'. The first site to use it was http://oslopuls.no- Support:This is the customer support team of Escenic. Where I had to respond to customer queries, resolve configuration and/or deployment issues, identify bugs within the system

Escenic Content Engine and related product development

Worked as a Developer, module owner and project lead for web projects lasting for around 6 months. Also worked on multiple projects simultaneously. All works were done using Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM, Wicket Framework primarily and used Java EE services such as JMS, JavaMail etc. Also used GWT in a project.
