Worked as talent acquisition lead to provide manpower support to power generation, mining operations and renewable business groups at Engro Energy Limited.Major responsibilities included:Collaborate with HRBPs and business heads to provide technical and non-technical manpower resources to Power Plants and Renewable business (new business development division)Manage talent pool of potential candidates through different channels (e.g. recruitment agencies, business platforms and professional networks).
