Worked as deputy manager HR (L&OD), I led training center operations and management development training teams of L&OD at K-Electric Limited.Major responsibilities included:Liaise with the core business groups as Learning Partner to provide effective need-based learning solutions. Develop organization-wide Personal Learning and Development Plans (PLDP) for employees. Plan, organize and execute management development, functional skills enhancement (support functions) and OD initiatives. Ensure training effectiveness by devising appropriate evaluation mechanism through online surveys, questionnaires and L&OD metrics.
