Deputy Manager Sales
Current Responsible for sales of Spares, AC Components, Wire harness and engine parts through Dealers of the Company as well as Institutions and OEMs. Expansion in dealer’s network for the sales of Spare, Radiators and AC components. Development of new dealers according to company policy to increase sales volume. Negotiating customer to increase price to ensure maximum profitability. Liaise between customers and engineering departments for new product solutions. Assist in addition of new products taking various business development initiatives. Identify and develop new customers through all channels of direct sales including sales in the un-served markets. Closely monitor market activities that influence business, including competitor activities Development and designing of marketing material including brochures, leaflets, standees, give-away and packaging information. Participate in trade exhibitions arrange dealers meeting and conduct Technical Training. Timely recovery of all sales proceeds with no bad debts. Core responsible person for implementation of ERP, SAP module, in Sales and Marketing dept. Responsible for ISO Audit of 9001 & SOP audit. Establishing Sales contract with approved discount policy. Preparation of forecasting on the basis of customer demand and past trend and prepare SFG for SC. Preparation and presenting Slides for meeting like 3M, ACT1, and GC. Analyzing KPI's. Leading cost saving initiatives.
